He was predeceased by: his father William Everett Leek; his stepfather Rick Lee Dennis; and his sister Veronica Myers. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Rae Leek Dennis (Streets); his daughter Alexanderia Day (Riley Leek) of New Martinsville, WV; his siblings, Twyla Forrester (Dean) of Middlebourne, WV, Penny Jane Baker, Misty Rae Day (Mike) of Sistersville, WV and BJ Dennis (Stacy) of New Martinsville, WV; and his grandchildren, Peytyn Henderson and Paislee Henderson. He is also survived by grandchild coming in May 2024; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
