With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny Sue Thompson Turner of Middlebourne, West Virginia, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on September 10, 2021 at the age of 60. She was predeceased by: her mother Eva D. Williamson Shuman; her grandmother Twila M Bailey Williamson; and her brother Jack Watson. She is survived by: her father Samuel Boyd Thompson (Shirley); her close friend Harry Turner; her children, Jimmy Lucas, Jason Lucas, Lesley Townsend, Rachael Dawson, Michelle Lucas and Kevin Giboney; and her siblings, Priscilla Kurtz, Darlene Tyson (Tom), Jess Thompson (Briawnna) and Sam Thompson. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
