He was predeceased by: his parent Scafford Flesher; and his wife Munice Ash Flesher. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Robinson Flesher; his sons, Michael Flesher and Roger Flesher; his siblings, Hersel "Bud" Flesher, Olive Flesher and Alma Wallace; his son-in-law Tony Bailey, Sr.; his nephew Richard Haning; his children, Howard Flesher (Dawn) and Nancy Bailey of Middlebourne; his grandchild Kelly Flesher (Jake Hackathorn); his stepgrandchildren, Kate Rogers (Shawn) of Tony Bailey, II, Scott Bailey (Jenna) and Ashley Stuttler (Bobby); and his great grandchildren, Weston, Lindsey, Savannah, Ashton, Aiden, Conner, Liam, Alana, Isiah, Aubrey, Monica and Gabe.
