She was predeceased by: her parents, Beryl E. Beagle and Gatha M. Beagle (Shrader); her husband Phillip Lowe; and her siblings, James, Edward, Rodney, Imogene and Kathleen.
She is survived by: her son Michael Mitchell (Cheryl) of Jacksonville, FL; and her siblings, David Beagle (Naomi) of Middlebourne, WV, Charles Beagle (Charlene) of Parkersburg, WV, Gretta Westbrook of Middlebourne, WV and Helen Archer (Neil) of Middlebourne, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
