He was predeceased by: his parents, Laman L. Neff and Marybelle R. Neff (Ferrell); his son Tim Neff; and his stepson Steve Goddard. He is survived by: his wife Orvella Neff (Goddard); his children, Sandy Howell (Mike) and Debra Thomas (Rick); his stepchildren, Susan Sedgmer, Russ Goddard, Cindy Fulks (Butch) and Mike Goddard; and his siblings, Richard C. Neff (Sharon) and Ileta Louise Willis (Leon). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Furbee Williams Funeral Home - Middlebourne (217 Main St, Middlebourne, WV 26149). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
