He is survived by: his close friend Connie Rexroad of Parkersburg, WV; his brother David N. Spencer of Middlebourne, WV; his son Roger Spencer (Rhonda) of Columbus, OH; his grandsons, Clint Spencer (Suzanne) of Columbus, OH and Adam Spencer (Summer) of Columbus, OH; and his great grandchildren, Cora, Juliette, Eleanor and Isla.
