John E. Roberts Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John E. Roberts of Middlebourne, West Virginia, who passed away on December 1, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Madge Haught Roberts; his significant other Joellen Roberts (Winland); his siblings, Ruth Swartzfager (Lawrence), Clyde Roberts (Ruth) and Mary Grass (Al); his son Joe Kirk; his niece Linda South; and his brother-in-law Charles Gaiser.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Kirk (Jan) of Middlebourne, Jenny Kirk of St. Marys, Jake Roberts of Middlebourne, J. Warden Roberts of Sistersville and Julia Archer (Nile) of Middlebourne; his grandchildren, Ryan Kirk (Jennifer), Toni VanCamp (Bobby), Paul Kirk (Hannah), Silas Archer (Courtney) and Jenna Archer; his great grandchildren, Austin VanCamp, Caitlyn Headlee, Ryder Archer, Chloe Kirk, Carter Kirk, Brynnlee Kirk and Reese Archer; and his sister Frances Gaiser of Sistersville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
