He is survived by: his son Jamie Chapman (Chrissy) of Middlebourne, WV; his grandchildren, William Chapman of Friendly, WV and Melissa Chapman of New Martinsville, WV; and his great grandchildren, Isabella and Theodore of New Martinsville, WV. He is also survived by grand dog and two cats.
