Smith (Madeline); his stepdaughters, Amanda Stout (Damon), Marisa Burmaster (Martin) and Shayna Phillips of Columbus, OH.; his grandchildren, Hannah, Lolah, Braxton, Austyn, Liam and River; his pet Sadie; and also Susan McFarland. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
