He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert Heflin and Blanche Ratliff Heflin; and his wife Beverly Arnett Heflin. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Heflin (Tammy) and Harpers Ferry (Jason Heflin); his siblings, Arliss "Bud" Heflin of Ocean City, MD and Millie Conrad; and his grandsons, Tyler Heflin and Thomas Heflin.
