He is survived by: his sister Barbara Jo Smith; his wife Alice F. Bassett Swan; his daughters, Rhonda Jacobs (Jay), Robin Swan and Pamela Clark (Kevin); and his sisters, Roberta Walton of Middlebourne and Bernice Thomas of Middlebourne.
