She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Headley, Sr. and Kester; her daughter Angel May Dailey; and her siblings, Charlotte Shepherd, Alice Shepherd, Encil "Sonny" Headly, Jr., Ernest Headley and Phillip Headley.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard Dailey; her sons, James Dailey of Lima, WV, Michael Dailey of Lima, WV and Scott Dailey (Jessica) of New Martinsville, WV; her brother Gary Headley of Sistersville, WV; and her grandchildren, Karley, Austin and Bentlee. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
