It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anna Blanch Cline of Middlebourne, West Virginia, who passed away on January 14, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Carpenter and Isabell Carpenter (Jenkins); her husband William Cline; her son William Doak; and her sister Helne Cogar.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Doak of Greenwood, WV, Perry and Haught of Wilbur; her stepchildren, Patsy Bembry, Bill Cline of Wick, WV and Randy Cline; and her siblings, Goldie Cogar (Don) of Pennsylvania, Lois Murphy (Clem) of West Union, WV, William P. Carpenter (Sharon) of Baltimore, MD, Archie Carpenter (Cindy) of Virginia, Sherry Dean (Lawrence) of Buckhannon, WV, Steve Carpenter of Lost Creek, WV and James Carpenter (Jama) of Grafton, WV. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Furbee Williams Funeral Home - Middlebourne (217 Main St, Middlebourne, WV 26149). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Wilbur Cemetery.
