He is survived by: his wife Beverly Hammar of Miami; his children, Michael Nelson, Hammar II of Northern, OH, James Hammar (Kaydie) of Chillicothe, OH, Courtney Reed (Kenny) of Jackson, OH, Andrew Hammar (Minnie) of Otway, OH, Michel Napoli of Logan, OH, Amber Hammar Nichols (Steven) of Haydenville, OH, Timmy Buzzard (Angie) of Sharon, Robert Buzzard (Destiny) of Elkins and Evelyn Offen (Cody) of Fairmont; his mother Priscilla Sue Addams Hammar; and his siblings, Russ, Shawn Hammar and Laura Hammar. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren.
