It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne L. Tate of Meadowbrook, West Virginia, born in Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on February 5, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Lee and Freda DeMoss White; her daughter Grace Ruby Tate; and her sister Annette Atkinson. She is survived by: her husband Walter "Jim" Tate; her children, Walter "Jay" Tate II of Meadowbrook, William "Bill" Tate (Tisha) of Clarksburg and Edna Jane Aley (Mike) of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Tara Dawn McFadden (Chase) of Lost Creek, Elizabeth Aley (Jake Rahming) of Weston, Shawn Aley of Bridgeport, Austin Aley of Nutter Fort, Chloe Aley of Shinnston, Travis Kuhens (Abby) of Lost Creek, Walter "Jamie" Tate III (Cheynne) of Connellsville, PA, Sara Tate of Meadowbrook, Cody Tate of Clarksburg and Courtney Tate of Clarksburg; her siblings, Grover Lee White II (Lynn) of Byron, GA and Cathy White of Lumpkin, GA; her nephew Steven Tate; and her pet Clyde. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
