He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Twila Patricia Long Limer; his wife Melissa Dawn McGary Long; his children, Chase Alan Long of Austin, TX, Claressia Dawn Chadwell (Travis Bentley) of Clarksburg and Joseph Carl Chadwell Jr. (Rebecca Ann Smith) of Jane Lew; his sister Laciana D. Roush of Clarksburg; his uncles, Donald Long of Ohio and Joseph Long of North Carolina; his friend Roger Dale Moore of Meadowbrook; and his grandparents, Richard and Mildred Long. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
