We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2023, at the age of 86, Buster Leroy Long of Meadowbrook, West Virginia, born in Monongah, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Luther and Nellie Blodgett Long; his son Charlie Long; his siblings, Bill, Jimmy, Frank Long and Opal Long; and his sister-in-law Dottie Long.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lou Leggett Long; his children, Melissa Sue Long of Philippi, Howard Long (Kim) of Philippi, Debby Long of Philippi and Micky Long of Philippi; his stepchildren, Michael Robinson of Meadowbrook, Cecil Robinson (Ginny) of Buckhannon, Jeff Robinson (Nanette) and Rebecca Robinson of Buckhannon; and his sister Mary Cartwright (Gene) of Eldora. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
