She is survived by: her parents, Francis Pethtel and Diane Pethtel; her spouse TJ Book (Amanda); her daughters, Halle, Haven, Harlow and Henna; her sister Melissa; her brother-in-law John Paul Gotses of Fairmont, WV; her brother Sonny; her siblings-in-law, Jackie Pethtel of Bridgeport, WV, Bill Webb (Julie) of Bridgeport, WV and Libby Stonebreaker (Donnie) of Shinnston, WV; and her mother-in-law Jackie Book of Shinnston, WV.. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins as well as her dear friend.
