It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stevie Ray Adkins of Meadow Bridge, West Virginia, who passed away on July 25, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Adkins and Luria Adkins; and his brothers, Pat and Cris Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Adkins; his children, Stevie Adkins (Katherine) of Meadow Bridge, James Hunt (Codi) of Meadow Bridge, Jeremy Hunt of Bluefield and Ellen Gibson (Carlton) of Sandstone; and his siblings, Danny Adkins (Rhonda) of Bedford, Kim Adkins (Rocki) of Thurmond, Linda Scruggs (Charlie) of Meadow Bridge and Peggy Ennis (Mike) of Meadow Bridge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Smathers Funeral Chapel.
