He is survived by: his sons, Ralph Bland of Meadow Bridge and James Bland, II of Meadow Bridge; and his siblings, Diane Smith of Piney View, Marie Smith of Beckley, Tina Alvarez of Georgia and Rusty Bland of Piney View.
