He is survived by: his mother Constance Bowles of Oak Hill; his significant other Kelli Patton of Meadow Bridge; his sons, Kaleb Andrew Sparks of Oak Hill, Kolten Shayne Sparks of Beckley, Kolby Lee Jarrett Simms of Fayetteville and Kayce Ryan Simms of Mt. Hope; his sisters, Rebecca Simms of Oak Hill, Pamela Thombs of Oak Hill and Cathy Dykes of Louisiana; and his grandsons, Dawson Sparks, Kyzer Sparks and Karmello Simms. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
