We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2023, at the age of 73, Donald Ray Halsey of Meadow Bridge, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Doc Halsey and Edna Halsey (Morton); and his brother Charles Halsey. He is survived by: his wife Betty Davis Halsey; his sons, Raymond Halsey (Patricia) of Meadow Bridge and Kevin Halsey (Melissa) of Hardeeville; his stepson Douglas Hundley of Mount Hope; his siblings, Bernie Halsey (Kimberly) of Springdale, Russell Halsey (Kathy) of Barberton, Ohio and Susie Halsey of Ocean View, Delaware; his grandchildren, Emily Halsey, Raymond Halsey, Jr. and Brianna Fleming (Jonathan); and his great grandchildren, Braxton and Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
