He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Cwynar and Frances E. Winke (Kutek); his wife Ann Marie Kurelac Cwynar; his daughter Cindy Bittengle; his stepfather Steve Winke Sr.; and his half-brother Steve Winke Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Victor Cwynar Jr. (Kim) of Parkersburg, W. V and Mary Hanson (Dave) of Linden, Mich.; his grandchildren, Kayla, Krista, Cole, Seth, Nicole and Derek; and his great grandchildren, Tierra, Madison and Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. James Catholic Church, 326 Logan Street, McMechen, WV 26040 .
