He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Kwiatkoski; his wife Barbara Kwiatkoski (Mihalek); and his siblings, Joseph Kwiatkoski, Anthony Kwiatkoski, Cecelia Auth, Florence Ferrie, Isabelle Krizan, Frances Ankrom, Rosella Siewny and Sophie Skrzypek.
He is survived by: his parent Catherine Kwiatkoski (Mogielski); his children, Aaron Kwiatkoski (Michelle) of McMechen and Angelique Schweinebraten (Keith) of Martinsburg, WV; his grandchildren, Tyler Kwiatkoski, Nathan Schweinebraten, Melanie Kwiatkoski and Taylor Schweinebraten; and his son Ngoc.
