She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Rubcich and Kate Rubcich (Vichich); and her siblings, Emil, Adolph Rubcich and Mary Melco.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Kovalo; her siblings-in-law, Jim Kovalo (Sherry), Mercyne "Nickie" Rubcich and Carma Kovalo; and her nieces and nephews, David Rubcich (Cyndi), Mark Rubcich, Martha Rubcich, Leslie Rubcich, Tina Heard (David), Bev Farson (Steve), Jamie Hammond (Robert), Joshua Kovalo and Jay Kovalo.
