She was predeceased by: her parent William Scott; and her husband William Fordyce. She is survived by: her parent Florello Scott (Blake); her children, William Fordyce (Tina) of Greenville, OH, John Fordyce of Kentucky and Beverly Bartsch of Buckhannon, WV; and her sister Barbara Bradley (Linwood) of Mechanicsville, WV. She is also survived by five granddaughters; a great-granddaughter; and a great-grandson.
