She is survived by: her children, Gerald Pavelka (Rosemary) of Lake Mary, FL and Mary Catherine LaRoy (Michael) of Tampa, FL; her sister Nancy Schubert of McMechen; her sister-in-law Trudy Forster of Benwood; her grandchildren, Robert Sobota of Tampa, FL, Renee Swinson (James) of Plant City, FL, Jennifer Sobota of Tampa and April Pavelka; her niece Carol Marcinek of McMechen; her great grandchildren, Andrew Swinson, Kayla Swinson, Devin Holmes and Carlos Holmes; and her nephews, Scott Schubert, Robert Schubert and James Schubert.
