He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Lynch and Mary Ann Zoeller Lynch. He is survived by: his siblings, Jane Wilson (Dale) of McMechen, Sue Berisford (Ted) of Wheeling and John Lynch of McMechen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Marshall County Animal Shelter, 37 Animal Shelter Drive, Moundsville, WV., 26041.
