She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hawkins and Ada Hawkins (Conners); her husband William Phipps; and her son Mickey Phipps. She is survived by: her son Samuel "Sam" W. Phipps (Ali) of Moon Township, PA; her grandchildren, Zachary and Courtney Phipps; and her brother Charlie Hawkins (Connie) of Glen Dale, WV. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
