He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Chincheck; his parents, Jacob Chincheck and Katherine Chincheck (Banasik); his siblings, Josephine Walters, Mary Kowalczyk, Frank J. and Stanley J. Chincheck; his sister-in-law Suzie Gallagher; and his nephews, Marty Walters and Stanley J. Chincheck Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Paige Chincheck and Leslie Ann Lynch (Mark); his siblings-in-law, Dolores Chincheck and Bill Gallagher; his nieces and nephews, Erin Bond, Julie Chincheck, Mary Catherine Tandarich, Jackson Bond and Bill Gallagher Jr. Joseph; and his friend Xavier Foster.
