He is survived by: his wife Dolores Hack (Winters); his daughter Kimberly Ann Henderson (Nathan) of Glen Dale, WV; his siblings, Carolyn Renforth of Millwood, WV and Robert "Butch" Hack (Sue) of Wheeling; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
