He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Williams and Helen Speilvogel Williams. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Patterson Williams; his son Gary Williams (Lacey) of Benwood; his siblings, Joan Williams, Mary Jo Rockey and Jack Williams Jr. (Connie); and his granddaughter Paige Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
