She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hawk and Nancy Hawk (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Mike Mucheck of Wheeling; her daughter Chrissy Mucheck of Wheeling; her sister Jonna Hawk (Wade Rotholz) of Texas; and her grandson Geiger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and one great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Amedysis Hospice or the First Christian Church of McMechen.
