He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stamp, and Mary Ellen Stamp, Jr.; and his son Todd. He is survived by: his wife Pamela of McMechen, WV; his children, Timothy Stamp (Shannon), Katie Welsh (Brendan) of Wheeling, WV and Emily Allen (Paul) of Moundsville, WV; his grandchildren, Noah, Knox, Mason, Kinley, Paisley and Kenna; his brother David of Boardman, OH; and his pet Henry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
