She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas "Tim" Pennybacker and Fonda Pennybacker (Baird); her husband Walter Matheny; her daughter Tammy Matheny; her daughter-in-law Sherri Matheny; her sister Sally; her brother-in-law Chester Quigley; and her nephew Tim Quigley.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Matheny and Mindy Pavilonis (Frank) of Myrtle Beach, SC; her grandson Michael Matheny (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Sophia and Michael III of Marietta, OH; and her nieces, Darla (John), Jane (Jim) and Susan Quigley.
