Sforza, Jr. (Carolyn) of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Michael Sforza (Heidi) of McMechen, WV and Angelina Sforza of Chesapeake; her great grandchildren, Robbie and Emmitt Sforza; and her sister Veronica "Ronnie" Bissett of Wheeling, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
