He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Bailey and Elsie Huffman Bailey; and his brother Jerry D Bailey. He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Bailey (Timothy Sparks) of Montcalm, WV.; his granddaughters, Kellie Dobbins (Drew) of Mount Olive, WV and Alexandria Hubbard of Bluefield, WV; and his great grandchildren, Karleigh Brooke, Emily Hope, Easton Andrew and Levi Matthew Dobbins.
In lieu of flowers being purchased a donation to the local animal shelter or Second Chance for Cats would make Roger happy because he was an animal lover.
