He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Wilson Inskeep Jr. and Ruth Inskeep (Ratliff); and his sisters, Linda Shears and Lea Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Inskeep (Kessel); his daughter Stacie Inskeep of Hedgesville, WV; and his sister Phylis Sirk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
