He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lewis Rohrbaugh and Lucy Mae Rohrbaugh (Feaster); his wife Josephine Rohrbaugh (Reed); and his siblings, Betty Jean Rohrbaugh, Oscar Blake Rohrbaugh, Edgar Gay Rohrbaugh and Dwight Elmo Rohrbaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Melvin Bruce Rohrbaugh Jr. (Jamie) of Chattanooga, TN, Carolyn S. VanMeter (Paul) of Maysville, WV and JoAnn Ketterman (Billy) of Maysville, WV; his grandchildren, Tammy Ayers, Samantha Delawder and Elijah Rohrbaugh; and his great grandchildren, Daphne Ayers and Sophia Thorne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
