She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsey J. Foster and Adelaide Foster Sites (Clark); her stepfather William J. Sites; her husband James E. "Pete" Patch; and her son John Patch.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila VanMeter (Steve) of Petersburg, WV, Lucinda Patch of Buckhannon, WV, Thomas Patch (Judy) of Mozer, WV, Jim Patch (Brenda) of Salem, WV and Patrick Patch (Yvonne) of Gloucester, VA. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
