She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur George Barger and Lucy Irene Barger (Goldizen); and her brothers, Harlan Barger, Donald Barger and Verlin Barger.
She is survived by: her husband Harold R. Vance; her children, Matthew Vance of Maysville, WV and Robin Ketterman of Maysville, WV; her grandsons, David Vance, Austin Vance, Aaron Ketterman and Evan Ketterman; her siblings, Rosalie Mongold of Maysville, WV, Wendell Barger (Eileen) of Dorcas, WV and Roger Barger (Rettie) of Maysville, WV; and her sisters-in-law, Velda Barger, Judy Belle Barger and Janice Barger.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home (11 N Main St, Petersburg, WV 26847). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
