He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Armistead (Bobby) of Moorefield, WV, Sharon Heavner (Elvin) of Maysville, WV and Susan Thorne (Michael) of Cabins, WV; his grandchildren, Cheryl Wolfe, Lisa Barb, Kevin Heavner and Heather Sites; his great grandchildren, Lance Barb, Sierra Barb, Layne Heavner, Justin Sites, Kaylee Wolfe and Chloe Sites; and his siblings, Helen Leatherman (Clarence) of Moorefield, WV, Dotty Champ (Charles) of Purgitsville, WV, Beggie Kisamore (Dayton) of Cabins, WV, Annabelle McDonald (Forist, Jr.) of Moorefield, Bonnie Heavener (Will) of Petersburg, WV, Judy McIntire (Richard) of Maysville, WV, Sterl Berg of Maysville, WV and Randolph Berg of Elk Garden, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
