He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hesse and Anna Lee Hesse (Alt); his wife Anna Bell Hesse (Swick); and his foster brother Ralph Fultz. He is survived by: his children, Michael Hesse (Miranda) of Maysville, WV, Rodney Swick of Romney, WV, Tim Foster (Betty), Tina Cooper (Rusty) of Cabins, WV, Teresa Cosner (Phillip) of Grafton, WV and Stacy Carr (Kevin) of Scherr, WV. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
