She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Edward Weimer of Maysville, WV and Janet L. Cosner Weimer; and also John William Frye, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband William David Ruoff of Bridgeport; her son Mark Edward Frye (Kim) of Ash, NC.; her stepdaughters, Lori Kathleen Joyce (Pat) of Bridgeport and Suzanne Ruoff of Bruceton Mills; her grandchildren, Jason, Lindsay, Seth, Rosemary Frye and Ernest Weimer Smith; her siblings, Margaret Weimer Boor (Jack) of Wilmington, NC and C. Edward Weimer, Jr.; and also Ernest Weimer Frye. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
