He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Cook (Davis); his daughters, Dana Sherman (Johnny) of Petersburg, WV and Amanda Secrist; his close friend Delmas Dove of Mathias, WV; his son Jamie Cook of Maysville, WV; his grandchildren, Tiffany Sentman (Stanley), Matthew Sherman (Rachel), Faith Smith and Dylan Secrist; his sister Mildred "Liz" Wilson (Fred) of Corona, CA; his niece Rachel Walters (Daniel); his nephew Jeremy Clauze; his uncle Clem Stull of Maysville, WV; his aunt Shelby Feaster of Biglerville, PA.; his pet Charlie; and his children, Conn Terrace of Lexington, KY and Danny Thomas Place. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
