It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald R. Evans Sr. of Maysville, West Virginia, who passed away on January 1, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Donald leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Donald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest William Evans and Delphia Mae Evans (Alt); and his siblings, Judy Lynn, Paul Jacob Evans, Eugene "Sammy" Evans and Adam Kee Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Lynn Amos of Junior, WV and Donald Ray "Buster" Evans II of Maysville, WV; his grandchildren, Dalton Ray Amos and Cameron Ray Evans; and his sister Lucy Nazelrodte of Harrisonburg, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
