He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rueben Champ and Ruthlene Champ (Kisamore); and his nephew Ricky Bobo. He is survived by: his sisters, Esther Champ (Roger) of Petersburg, WV, Roslie Mallow (Virgil) of Cabins, WV and Brenda Kesner (Charles) of Petersburg, WV; his nieces, Monica Carpenter, Amber Cook (Samuel), Heather Lewis and Hanna Lewis; his nephew Larry Carpenter (Misti); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gracie Carpenter, Skyler Cook, Jeremy Whetzel, Connar Carpenter, Elijah Cook and Matthew Cook.
