She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Thomas Rohrbaugh and Nellie Virginia Rohrbaugh (Moyers); her husband Gene D. Smith; and her brothers, Edward Lee Rohrbaugh and Richard Allen Rohrbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa L. Keplinger of Maysville, WV and Eugene Keplinger of Maysville, WV; her granddaughter Ashley N. Kesner; her great grandchild Evan Skeen; her brothers, Darl Rohrbaugh (Delores) of Maysville, WV, Bobby Rohrbaugh (Rhonda) of Maysville, WV and Roy Rohrbaugh (Audrey) of Maysville, WV; and her sisters-in-law, Hilda Rohrbaugh and Judy Rohrbaugh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
