He is survived by: his son Duane Carr (Tiffany) of Maysville, WV; his siblings, Phyllis Cook (Darvin), Patsy Bensenhaver (Clyde) of Rig, WV, Ruth VanMeter (Donnie) of Upper Tract, WV, Ray Carr (Hilda) of Arthur, WV, Roy Carr (Lois) of Seneca Rocks, WV and Lee Carr (Sue) of Cabins, WV; and his grandchildren, Lonnie, Donnie, Kayda and Frankie Carr.
Memorials may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
