He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira B. Loudermilk and Bessie Mae Boone Loudermilk (Beulah Sue Landrum); his brother Nathan "Tubby" Daniel Loudermilk; his daughter Robin Elaine Loudermilk Dillon; and his grandson Zackary Evan Dillon.

He is survived by: his wife Beulah; his children, Diana Greene of Frankford, WV, Judith "Judy" Loudermilk of Anthony, WV and Jeffrey W. Loudermilk of Long Beach; his grandchildren, Dareth Brooke Greene of Ronceverte, WV, Shauna Crowe of Frankford, WV, Rebekah "Becky" Walker of Roanoke, VA and Danielle "Dani" Greene of Ronceverte, WV; and his great grandchildren, Flint Crowe, Katie Dillon, Brooklyn Dillon, Jack Ortega-Greene and Lucas Dillon.

Also, we will be abiding by the covid-19 regulations and social distancing.
